This appointment reservation is non-refundable. A reschedule is available at the discretion of Rooted Soma LLC in the event of illness or emergency.

Please note the following policies before booking with me:

​

Payment in full is required at the time of booking for both 1:1 and group events and classes. If payment isn't received by 72 hours prior to session or class, then Rooted Soma LLC will cancel your session or class registration. Due to the time that goes into preparation, all sessions and classes are non refundable. In the event of a health emergency, Rooted Soma LLC will determine if a reschedule or refund is appropriate.

Registration for group classes held at CCAC must be done directly through CCAC, not Rooted Soma LLC. Please register at http://ccacny.org for those.

All clients must be 18 years of age or older, unless a parent or legal guardian completes the Rooted Soma LLC written consent form prior to session or class. 

​

All 1:1 sessions, as well as all group events, are private and confidential. By participating, you agree to respect the privacy of others and to maintain confidentiality of the information and experience that took place during any Rooted Soma LLC booking.

Rooted Soma LLC does not provide any medical, legal or financial services or advice, nor does it claim to. Please consult with a licensed professional for those purposes or needs. Participation is at your own risk, and you are responsible to ensure you are medically fit. By participating, you waive any and all claims against the instructor.

By proceeding with any session, class or event provided by Rebeccah Heinlein and Rooted Soma LLC, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to these policies.
